Aoraki WP is a medium-cut trekking boot suitable for all hikers whatever the use. Perfect both for a relaxing walk in nature and for challenging yourself on medium difficulty trails.
UPPER AND LINING
The soft, durable leather upper has a fused polyurethane insert in the lace area that guarantees greater resistance and comfort especially during long demanding walks. Inside, the boot features a mesh lining combined with the Water Stopper membrane, an exclusive Trezeta technology that keeps the cold, damp and rain at bay, thus ensuring outstanding climate comfort and correct ventilation for feet. The ankle area features High Frequency technology, a special polyurethane lamination that reinforces, supports and protects the ankle area.
FIT AND LACING
The mid-cut design and padded tongue create an enveloping yet soft structure that stabilizes the foot and guarantees excellent foot and ankle protection during use. The lacing system with tape eyelets plus two final holes allows you to tighten the laces evenly, ensuring a personalized fit and maximum comfort. The toe cap in sprayed-on Liquid Rubber keeps the shoe light, whilst increasing durability and protecting the foot from impacts.
SOLE UNIT
The Aoraki sole unit is designed to guarantee surefootedness on any terrain type and in any weather. The injected footbed provides structure to the shoe, while the ultralight microporous EVA midsole absorbs impacts and provides anti-shock protection. The Vibram® Tork outsole features a thick, self-cleaning tread pattern – ideal for tackling challenging, uneven terrain.
